Most of them are based in Tijuana, right at the border between the USA and Mexico. Tijuana has great things to offer, and one of them is having bilingual talent that has grown up in a US-culture friendly environment.

Basically, a virtual workspace is a designated space inside our project management platform (Monday) where you will be able to add work orders, communicate with your PM, view your statement, etc.

Who will be my Project Manager?

Our team of PMs are experienced marketing professionals that have been client-facing for years. They are great at organizing work, managing a team, and delivering on your expectations. Once you become a client of our Shared Services Center, we will assign a PM to you. Our PMs are limited to 5 clients each so we can guarantee an agile service, great communication and understanding of your company’s needs.

Does the time my PM spends managing my work and communicating with me count towards my package hours?

It should, but it doesn’t. PM time is entirely absorbed by Cápita Works, so you get exactly the number of hours your package says you are getting. Cool, right?

What type of services will I be able to access or request?

There are three different packages to choose from, and the bigger the package, the more hours and types of services it includes.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours?

Unfortunately, we cannot rollover hours since it will completely mess up our scheduling and management of the projects, but you can downgrade your package after each monthly cycle.

What happens if I need to use more hours than the ones included in my package?

You can upgrade your package any time. No need to wait until the next cycle.

Can your team do project-based work?

Occasionally. Truth be told, we like the simplicity of how our model works and want to stick to it, but we also understand that you might have specific projects that require something special, and we are open to listening to you and will try finding a solution that makes sense to both of us. How do you handle billing?

We bill our services every month from our US entity (Capita Works, Inc.). We can also set-up recurring payments so you don’t have to worry about wires or mailing checks.

Who owns the work that is performed by Cápita Works?

You are the owner of all work product from our engagement.

Why did I never think of this before?

Let’s just say that the talent shortage and the economy were not so bad before, but for the next 10 years, it will be getting worse. We’re glad you’re here and looking forward to working together!
